While the Stanford talk was in some ways similar to his <a title=\"How the Net aids dictatorships | SlideShare\" href=\"http:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/evgeny.morozov\/how-the-net-aids-dictatorships\" target=\"_blank\">TED<\/a> talk, it had more content and a slightly different focus.
